We believe healing is both science and soul. Our approach combines evidence-based care with holistic practices. Healing with us means more than treatment; it is a journey to find peace, renewal, and community.

Self-Care Share

A CALM signature pop-up wellness experience, bringing healing, rest, and emotional support onsite at our community partners’ locations. This includes clinics, shelters, schools, nonprofits, and community hubs. Each event creates a warm, welcoming space where participants are invited to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through accessible, culturally affirming wellness practices.

Therapy Within Reach

CALM provides access to therapy sessions for direct therapeutic support. This program is designed to bridge the gap between need and access. By connecting women to licensed mental health professionals while reducing financial, logistical, and emotional barriers to care. Our goal is to support women on their healing journey by offering consistent, compassionate mental health support that honors lived experience, culture, and context.

CALM Circles

CALM provides a safe space to just be and show up as your full self. Here, rest is revolutionary and presence is enough. You do not have to walk this path alone.

Self Concept Program

An 8-week guided journey created to help women reconnect with who they are beyond the roles they play.

We intentionally partner with local businesses, wellness practitioners, mental health professionals, and community organizations throughout Metro Detroit to ensure our programs are accessible, culturally affirming, and grounded in the needs of the communities we serve.
